Do you conduct any training programs for your staff?

Yes, we do conduct periodic training for all our staff as we believe that training is the key element in the whole process of establishing world class services. Client specific training involves process detailed training as well as training on technology platform to ensure that we provide the best results.

What are the quality measures you apply?

We hire the best people for Transcription as well as Billing & Coding jobs. We train and sharpen their skills till they reach to the perfection. Our Proof readers and editors have an ear and eye for detail. Errors rarely miss their attention and our Quality Assurance Team takes the final responsibility for Total Quality of our deliverables.

How will I know if you are doing a good job?

We speak with the Physicians and selected staff monthly to review the monthly reports, which provide an excellent picture of the practice's billings and collections. The reports include an aged Accounts Receivable summary, detailed practice productivity and insurance statistics. Custom reports are available for those practices that require them.

How does this reduce my administrative headaches?

You no longer have to worry about a Billing office staff and Transcription work. We are responsible for hiring, training and supervision. You don't have to provide office space and storage for the Billing office. We take care of all those details including Patient inquires related to the AI Services. All you need is a simple Internet connection in your office to use for patient lookup, to generate charge tickets, and for appointment scheduling (if you choose that service).

If there is a problem with the report than who will fix it?

If there is a problem with the accuracy of a report, clients can choose to have us fix it. Since reports are in a standard format, they are editable and some clients choose to modify reports themselves.

CPT/ICD9 Codes, regulations change constantly, how do you manage that?

We keep track of all changes in codes,  regulations and update our existing systems regularly. Whenever changes are made, you will be notified with the complete details of the changes.
