We get the appointment schedule from the EMR/PMS, email, fax, PDA etc. and remind the patients for their appointments and at the same time we collect the maximum demographics information from the patients and feed the data into  system.

We try and resolve all the grievances and ensure that there are no loose ends.

Document Management:

We keep a track of all the documents received by our clients which include appeals, EOB’s, prescriptions, other medical records and many more. All the documents are indexed and attached to the patient files. Document Management process involves identifying the type of document, the severity of documents, correlation of each document and we check the readability of the document. All the documents received are indexed and attached to the relevant areas with a turn around time of 12 hours. We guarantee the access of any document with a maximum time frame of 100 seconds. We also help you identifying the necessary documents that are to be sent across to the insurance carriers in case of denials. All appeal processes are taken care and are sent with required documentation. Any referrals or authorizations are obtained from the hospitals or other doctor offices (if required) immediately, in order to ensuring better cash flow.

Quality Assurance:

At each and every step of our Virtual Office we go through a Quality check to ensure that we provide quality work. Experienced Team checks all the deliverables before sending it across to the client.
